Vision


Strategy 1        
Foster the integration of ICT infrastructure to ensure broader coverage and greater efficiency of government-based services leading to the success of the Digital Government.      

 

Strategy 2
Maximize the quality and effectiveness of public services by making them more approachable, aiming to make Thailand a country of Digital Economy.   

 

Strategy 3
Increase public participation by encouraging both government agencies and service users to be prepared for the changing aspects of public services towards the Digital Government.

Missions
1. Generate effective development and management of public services related to e-Government’s infrastructure. 

2. Conduct studies and research on the development of public services while being able to propose newly developed measures and standards required for e-Government.
 
3. Provide consultancy services and technical advice to support the establishment of ICT projects based on the advancement of e-Government. 

4. Organize training programs to foster enhanced knowledge and expertise on e-Government for related personnel and be prepared to disseminate the information related to e-Government.    

 

 
The Four-Year Strategic Plan (2016)
The key strategy of the Electronic Government Agency (Public Organization) (EGA) is to “generate the development of ICT infrastructure and the integration of e-Government systems”. The EGA’s three major strategies are explained below: 


1. Foster the integration of ICT infrastructure to ensure broader coverage and greater efficiency of government-based services leading to the success of the Digital Government.      


2. Maximize the quality and effectiveness of public services by making them more approachable aiming to make Thailand a country of Digital Economy.   

3. Increase public participation by encouraging both government agencies and service users to be prepared for the changing aspects of public services towards the Digital Government.
